Mini Sessions {maryland baby photographer & portrait party}
Some shots from March’s Mini Sessions.

Some shots from March’s Mini Sessions.

Little Leyla was my first newborn photo session of the year. At about 4 weeks she is still the smallest cutest little thing. We couldn’t get her to sleep so most shots were with her eyes wide open. I don’t usually do studio set-ups like this so this was pretty much an experimental session.

It’s amazing how fast kids grow. My niece now has FOUR baby teeth in and has almost perfected walking (well, with assistance). She is always on the move and refuses to sit still. My mom and aunts joke, “this one’s going to be a trouble maker…just like her Aunt Trang!” Me? A troublemaker? Hahahaha. It’s not that I was a mischevious kid…more like, inquisitive and an explorer?
Here are a few photos from yesterday’s photoshoot. I love shooting with natural lighting. All the shots below were shot with natural light coming in from the windows.
I love the pink hat but Taylor was not having it!

She didn’t like they grey hat either….

My niece is too cute! I can’t help but photograph her every chance I can get!
Here are some photos from this weekend. We went to Valley View Farms to visit their annual Christmas displays and then did a mini shoot at home.
A couple of photos from Turkey Day (Thanksgiving). Taylor is growing!
I love capturing candid photos of babies and kids. They are such innocent souls and are happy just being themselves and so open to discovering the world around them.
Recently I tagged along with my sister and Taylor to a baby play date. My sister is a part of the Baltimore Moms & Kids Meetup group. I came with on Saturday to take some candid photos of Taylor (my beautiful photogenic niece!) and photos of some other cuties as well!
Thank you Tricia for hosting the get together and thank you to all the moms for letting me hang out and photograph your babies! I think I got some great shots!
Here are just a few to share!
I have plenty more photos to share and will post to my gallery section soon! If you are one of the moms from the meet-up group, please email me and I will send you a direct photo share link.
